Welcome! I gotta say I don't know how you got here, but feel free to stay a while! I'm Liam Barrett, a student at the University of Texas at Austin, who's after a degree at the McCombs school of Business and am using the blues to keep me on track. When I'm not floundering in work, you'll probably find me with a guitar in hand and deep in the blues. Over the summer Jimi Hendrix's blues album had me hook, line, and sinker. I quickly bought my first electric guitar which is a beautiful Player Series II Fender Stratocaster (Sunburst, with the white scratchguard). I named that guitar "The Lady" because I felt left out being the only one in my friend group who couldn't get out of plans by saying "The Lady wants to hangout tonight". I hope this page gives you a little bit of an idea of who I am, and maybe even hooks you on the blues!
